American IRA’s Holiday Office Hours: Prepare for the Season!

As the holiday season quickly approaches, we want to ensure that our clients are well-prepared for any IRA-related needs. To help you plan, please note the following changes to American IRA’s office hours during the upcoming holiday period:

Holiday Office Hours

  • Christmas: Our offices will be closed on Tuesday, December 24th (Christmas Eve) and Wednesday, December 25th (Christmas Day).
  • New Year’s Eve: We will close early at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, December 31st to ring in the new year.
  • New Year’s Day: Our office will be closed on Wednesday, January 1st for New Year’s Day.

Plan Ahead!

During this busy time of year, it’s important to keep these office hours in mind and plan accordingly. If you have any IRA transactions or questions that require attention before or during the holidays, we recommend reaching out ahead of time to ensure everything is processed smoothly. Our team is here to assist, but please note that response times may be slower during the holiday season.

How Can You Prepare?

  • Check on Your Account: Before the holidays, take a moment to review your IRA account(s) and make sure everything is in order. Whether you’re looking to make contributions, request distributions, or discuss investment options, getting ahead of these tasks can help avoid any delays.
  • Plan Your Transactions: If you’re planning any IRA-related transactions that need to be completed by the end of the year—such as making a contribution or taking a required minimum distribution (RMD)—be sure to submit them before our office closes for the holidays.
  • Reach Out Early: Have questions? The earlier you contact us, the better! With limited office hours during the holiday period, it’s a good idea to get in touch in advance to ensure your needs are met in time.

We appreciate your understanding and flexibility as our team enjoys some well-deserved time with family and friends. As always, we remain committed to providing excellent service and look forward to helping you navigate your IRA needs, both before and after the holiday season.

We wish you and your loved ones a safe and joyful Holiday!

From everyone at American IRA, Happy Holidays!
