David Worley has been practicing in Asheville since 1977, and has owned and operated his own CPA firm since 1979. He concentrates in the areas of individual and business income tax, trust, estate and gift taxation, IRS matters, and estate planning. Additionally, David does tax planning, consultation on IRA matters, small business start-ups and planning and consulting. Mr. Worley is a member of both the North Carolina Association of CPA’s and the American Institute of CPA’s, a past president of the CREIA, and a past vice-president and board member of the National Association of Real Estate Investors (NAREIA). He has spoken nationally on tax matters at educational conferences and seminars around the country and is the coauthor of “The IRA Owned LLC and Trust”.
