HOW MUCH MONEY DO I NEED TO GET STARTED?
We can get started with as little as $15,000. Our investment properties start with small single family homes and go up to multi-family apartment dwellings. You will see and approve of any and all properties before lending any of your hard earned dollars!
HOW LONG IS THE PROCESS BEFORE I SEE A RETURN?
Typically, on a flip property, from the time of initial investment to return of principal and interest, the process usually takes 6 to 8 months. If a rental property is the way you choose to invest, you will see earnings on your investment within 30 days of closing.
WHAT IS THE CATCH? WHAT SHOULD I BE WORRIED ABOUT?
Since all investments are stand alone, the most difficult situation is when an investment is made in a property and that property doesn’t sell. In that case, it can become a rental property or DHP will give you the option of owning the property outright. Remember, no matter what happens you will have a lien (mortgage) against the property you approved.
