Still not sure if the Investor’s Seminar is for you?  Let’s cover some frequently asked questions about how investing in real estate works.

FAQ:

DO I HAVE TO TAKE MY MONEY OUT OF MY IRA OR 401K ACCOUNT?

No!! We can show you how to use retirement account funds with no penalties.

DOES MY INVESTMENT WORK ALONE, OR DO I NEED TO PUT IT TOGETHER WITH OTHER FUNDS?

Yes – your money works just for YOU!  It’s invested with our expertise and advice in a single property and you do not co mingle funds with other investors.

HOW MUCH MONEY DO I NEED TO GET STARTED?

We can get started with as little as $15,000.  Our investment properties start with small single family homes and go up to multi-family apartment dwellings.  You will see and approve of any and all properties before lending any of your hard earned dollars!

HOW LONG IS THE PROCESS BEFORE I SEE A RETURN?

Typically, on a flip property, from the time of initial investment to return of principal and interest, the process usually takes 6 to 8 months.  If a rental property is the way you choose to invest, you will see earnings on your investment within 30 days of closing.

WHAT IS THE CATCH? WHAT SHOULD I BE WORRIED ABOUT?

Since all investments are stand alone, the most difficult situation is when an investment is made in a property and that property doesn’t sell.  In that case, it can become a rental property or DHP will give you the option of owning the property outright.  Remember, no matter what happens you will have a lien (mortgage) against the property you approved.
