Midlands REIA

October 11, 2022 @ 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Our next meeting on October 11 (Tuesday) features an expert on self-directed IRA’s and other self-directed tax-exempt funds, Sean McKay, President of American IRA (https://americanira.com/), industry leaders of legally using truly self-directed tax-exempt money to fund private investments. Sean will teach us how to use self-directed IRA’s and other tax-exempt funds for tax-deferred and tax-free returns as well as how to rapidly build up our own retirement savings.

At this training, we’ll learn how to use retirement savings like IRA’s and 401(K)’s to fund our deals without having to pay any taxes or early-withdrawal penalties.

Many people aren’t aware that they can use retirement savings, such as IRA’s , 401(K)’s, and other qualified plans to invest in private real estate deals. Additionally, not many fully understand the incredible wealth-building powers that these government-sanctioned plans hold.

Any IRA or other qualified retirement plan can be either tax-deferred (conventional plans) or COMPLETELY TAX-FREE (Roth plans) when you ultimately withdraw funds for use in your retirement years. Rather than leave the future of your retirement to the risks of the stock market or to low-yielding CD’s and money markets, make your golden years truly golden by taking full control over how your retirement funds are invested with truly self-directed IRA’s and other truly self-directed retirement plans!

A while ago, I met a person at a real estate training who used her self-directed Roth IRA to purchase a $100 option on real estate (vacant land) and then wholesale that option within a month to have $66,000 go back into her Roth IRA. Since it was a return and not a contribution, she was not restricted to the annual limit for contributions imposed on IRA’s and since it was a Roth IRA, the $66,000 return went back into her retirement account TAX-FREE FOR LIFE! How would you like to pay $100 and a month later get back $66,000 completely TAX-FREE so you can keep ALL of it rather than have to pay any taxes on it? You can do this with self-directed Roth IRA’s and other Roth plans!

Not only can you invest in real estate with your self-directed IRA and other self-directed retirement plans, you can also invest in real estate with your Health Savings Account (HSA) and Coverdell Educational Savings Account (ESA).

So far, I’ve only mentioned how you can invest YOUR IRA, HSA, and ESA funds in real estate. What about using these funds from other people? Total U.S. retirement assets hit $24.9 TRILLION by the end of March 2015 (http://www.benefitspro.com/2015/06/30/total-retirement-assets-near-25-trillion-mark) and they’re even higher now. Think that the owners of these funds are fed up with stock market risks and low-interest CD’s also? You bet! And you can learn to tap into THESE funds as well to fund your deals!

Once I learned how to use self-directed IRA’s, millions of dollars became available for funding for my deals and I now use my own self-directed Roth IRA to rapidly grow tax-free for life by funding deals for other investors! This is a training you won’t want to miss, especially if you’ve ever wondered where you would get funds for your deals!
