Job Overview: As a Client Services Representative at American IRA, you will be the face of our company, responsible for ensuring an outstanding client experience. You will work closely with clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. Your professionalism, communication skills, and ability to build rapport will be essential in this role.
You should be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner. Multi-tasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients by actively listening to their needs, providing information, and offering tailored solutions.
- Inquiry Resolution: Respond to client inquiries via phone, E-mail, or in-person promptly and professionally, ensuring their questions are resolved accurately and to their satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve client concerns and issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex problems when necessary.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and transactions in Salesforce.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure clients receive comprehensive support.
- Client Feedback: Gather and communicate client feedback to improve our products and services, helping us continuously enhance the client experience.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in any related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles preferred.
- Previous experience working in a call center or as a remote telephone customer service rep is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce, Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, Right Signature, and general overall computer skills proficiency, with excellent typing ability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
- Adaptability and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
- Be aware this position is heavily reliant upon incoming/outgoing phone usage. The ideal candidate must make follow-up phone calls to facilitate time-sensitive account establishments. People who are not comfortable with generating nor taking phone calls should not apply.
The approved candidate must be forward-looking to track newly established accounts for accuracy and service across multiple departments, ensuring white-glove, concierge service.
