References to “we”, “us” and “our” herein refer to American IRA.
American IRA is committed to protecting your privacy. This SMS Privacy Policy explains how we treat the Personal Information that we collect and receive from you in connection with your use of the SMS Service and is included in the Terms of Service.
By using the SMS Service, you agree to the terms of this Policy. American IRA reserves the right to modify or change this Privacy Policy at any time with or without prior notice to you. American IRA receives your mobile phone number when you send a text message to us. We also receive any user or screen name that you select in connection with the Service, as well as any messages or feedback regarding the Service that you send to us.
We use this information to (a) provide you with service, (b) process and respond to requests, (c) improve the Service, and (d) send you important announcements or messages.
Each message that you send through the service is stored on our servers.
Disclosure Of Your Information
We will not rent or sell your Personal Information to other companies or individuals. We may use or disclose such information to the following:
-Third parties who have entered into non-disclosure agreements with us.
-A company controlled by, or under common control with, American IRA for any purpose permitted by this Policy.

American IRA takes every precaution to ensure the security of your Personal Information. Opting Out
American IRA provides you with the ability to opt out of the Service for any reason. You can opt out by texting “STOP” to 31509.
Age Requirements
The Service is not intended for any person under 18, and American IRA does not knowingly collect information from any person under the age of 18.
By using the Service, you are representing that you are at least 18.
International Users
This website is not directed to anyone located outside of the United States, and this website is controlled, operated, and administered by us from our offices within the United States of America. We do not knowingly offer goods or services to data subjects outside of the United States or monitor the behavior of persons (data subjects) located outside of the United States. By using or continuing to use this website, you are confirming that you are located within the United States, and agree that you will not provide personal information, or otherwise use this website, if you are located outside of the United States. While this website does not knowingly solicit, collect or store the personal information of international users, through fraud, deceit, or other unauthorized or inadvertent disclosure, we may receive personal information pertaining to individuals located outside of the United States.
